What Is a Day Pass? | The Perfect Family Day Trip Near Lake Huron
A day pass (also called “day camping”) lets you enjoy the park and all its amenities without staying overnight.
That means you can come for the day, experience the activities, and soak up the fun—no packing lists, no setup, no stress.

DAY CAMPING DURING PEAK SEASON (MEMORIAL DAY THRU LABOR DAY) PRICING
- In-County (Resident): $20 per person/per day
- Out of County (Non Resident): $30 per person/per day
Day-Camping Passes are available 7 days a week!
Day Use Passes are NOT available during Holiday Weekends and Special Events.

Day Pass vs. Staying Overnight

Overnight Stay:

Parking
Day Camping guest parking is located at the campsite to which you are assigned.
Armbands
Once you register, you will receive an armband for each paid Day Camping guest. These armbands allow access to the park and its amenities. It must be worn at all times while on the property.
Pets
Day Camping guests cannot bring pets (dogs, cats, etc.) to the park.
General
You can bring outside food and drinks. Coolers are allowed at the pool; however, any glass container is not allowed because of safety. Please do not bring BBQ grills when visiting the park as a Day Camping guest.

Discover the wonders of nature during Eco Explorers Weekend at Jellystone Park™! Join us for an adventure-filled experience as we explore the great outdoors and learn about our environment. Families can take part in our LIVE reptile show on Saturday, a guided nature hike, get creative with eco-friendly crafts like building bird feeders, and enjoy a wildlife scavenger hunt that teaches kids about conservation in a fun way. Meet Yogi Bear™, Boo Boo™, and Cindy Bear™ as they share tips on how to keep our planet green. Plus, help plant a tree in the park, then wind down with an evening of stargazing by the campfire. Mardi Gras Mambo
Yogi Bear™, Boo Boo™, and Cindy Bear™ are bringing the colors and excitement of New Orleans right to the campground! Families can join in festive parades and bead tosses, create dazzling Mardi Gras masks and tie-dye souvenirs in purple, green, and gold, and dance the night away at our Mardi Gras Mambo Party with the bears. Guests will also enjoy a sweet King Cake Social, lively carnival-style games, and our classic Hey Hey Hey Ride with a Mardi Gras twist. From music and laughter to crafts and colorful celebrations, the spirit of Mardi Gras comes alive all week long—making this a family celebration you won’t want to miss!

Dust off your boots and grab your cowboy hats — it’s time for Honky Tonk Week at Jellystone Park™ North Port Huron! Yogi Bear™, Boo Boo™, and Cindy Bear™ are ready to kick up some country fun with a week full of western flair, down-home activities, and live entertainment. Families can join in boot-scootin’ dance parties with the bears, test their skills in lasso and horseshoe challenges, and create keepsakes with western-themed crafts for little cowboys and cowgirls. The highlight of the week is a live country music performance by a featured country singer, so get ready to two-step the night away under the stars. Get into the holiday spirit early with Christmas in July at Jellystone Park™! This is the first of two festive weekends, packed with holiday fun and cheer. Celebrate with a special visit from Santa on Saturday, where kids can share their wishes, snap keepsake photos, and receive a sweet holiday treat. Families can join in ornament decorating, build their own holiday slime, and craft reindeer antler headbands to wear at the party.
