What are your Peak and Non-Peak Season dates, and does that affect the attractions?
Our Camp-Resort dates and availability of attractions vary throughout the season and are as follows:
- Peak Season: Memorial Day Weekend – Labor Day Weekend
- Non-Peak Season: Mid-April to Memorial Day Weekend & Post teLabor Day thru October
*Events, attractions, and facilities have limited availability during Non-Peak Season.
How far in advance should I make my reservation?
We recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance of the desired arrival date, as our Camp-Resort will fill up quickly!
How do I reserve my stay?
When is the cheapest time to book?
Visit us during our Non-Peak Season (Mid-April to Memorial Day Weekend & Post Labor Day thru October) and enjoy reduced rates! Please keep in mind, activities are limited to weekends only during these times.
What are the hours of the pool and water zone?
The park pool is open 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and the water zone is open 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, 7 days a week during our Peak Season. All aquatics close for the season on Labor Day.
Are your pools ADA-friendly?
Yes, our pools are ADA-friendly and offer either a pool lift or zero-entry access.
Can I tour the Camp-Resort?
We are happy to show off the Camp-Resort, and we do allow tours. However, we cannot allow tours on holidays or busy weekends. Please call ahead. We would hate for you to waste a drive.
Do you offer seasonal sites?
We do offer seasonal sites. Please call (810) 622-0110 for more information.
What are the ranger station office hours?
Our office hours vary depending on the time of year. Please see the Contact Us page for our hours.
Will my reservation guarantee a specific campsite or cabin assignment?
We do offer you the opportunity to guarantee your favorite campsite or cabin by paying our applicable $25 lock-in fee. If you opt-out of the lock-in fee, you are guaranteed your selected campsite or cabin type, but not the specific unit/site number.
How many guests can I have on my reservation?
You can have up to 8 people on your reservation if you are at a tent site or RV site. The number of cabin guests depends on the cabin occupancy.
Can my friends and family come visit?
Absolutely! Guests must pay the day-use fee to visit. Day Use Passes are limited on holiday weekends, Fridays, and Saturdays. Please call ahead of time to make sure Day Use Passes are available. Your visitors are always welcome at Jellystone Park™ at North Port Huron as long as they register at the Ranger Station. Registered guests and their visitors are expected to read and adhere to all campground guidelines. Guidelines are presented at time of Check-In. All your visitors must register, pay day-use fees, and leave the campground by 10 pm.
Can I pitch a tent at my campsite?
Yes, you can! We allow a tent on all of our sites excluding cabins. (NOTE: This is not in addition to an RV, you may have one dwelling per site).
How many cars are permitted at my site, and may I have extra cars?
You may have two cars per site, but each car should have a car pass hanging on the rearview mirror. These are given with your check-in packets. We do not allow extra cars per site because we do not have enough parking space available.
What can I use my Jellystone Park™ gift card towards?
Jellystone Park™ gift cards are applicable towards reservations, Day Use Passes, store purchases, or activities & amenities.
Do you have RVs to rent?
We do not have RVs to rent at our campground.
Do you provide linens in all cabins?
No, we do not provide linens or beach towels. We encourage visitors to keep this in mind and pack these items when planning a trip.
Can I rent a golf cart if I am only there for Day Use?
No, our golf carts are for our campers with reservations only.
Is firewood available for purchase?
We have firewood available for purchase at our Ranger Station! To preserve the beauty of our wooded Camp-Resort, please do not cut down or damage trees in any way.
Can I bring my own golf cart, motorized scooter, or ATV to the Camp-Resort?
For safety and liability reasons, guests are not permitted to bring any personal motorized vehicles, such as golf carts, into Jellystone Park™. While we do not like to be the fun police, guests found in violation of this policy may be asked to leave without refund. For your convenience, we do offer golf cart rentals that allow accessing our Camp-Resort easy…and fun! If you have a disability, you can bring your own golf cart. However, you must provide documentation for insurance and have a handicap placard.
Do you have quiet hours?
We do! Quiet hours are 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM daily. Any guest under 18 years of age must be at their campsite or cabin during these hours unless accompanied by an adult.
Are alcoholic beverages allowed at your park?
They are, but the beverage must be held in an unmarked container or koozie. This is a family-friendly Camp-Resort, so please be considerate of others and refrain from loud and unseemly language.

Can I bring a pet with me? Yes!
We are a pet-friendly resort! While there’s no charge for bringing your pet with your RV, please don’t leave your pet unattended outside or erect any type of fence or pen around your site. We do offer pet-friendly lodging accommodations. Let us know that you’re bringing a pet, and we’ll book you into a pet-friendly cabin, subject to availability. We charge a $25 non-refundable cleaning deposit per pet per stay (2 pet limit). Unfortunately, if your pet persuades you to sneak them into a non-pet accommodation, you will be charged a $300 cleaning fee. Pet owners must bring a leash for their pets and are responsible for pet clean-up and noise control. For the safety of our guests, pets must be up to date on vaccinations. We reserve the right to remove hostile and disruptive pets from the park. If your dog shows behavior that is protective and unfriendly to strangers, please leave it home. If you decide to bring your dog and it exhibits this type of behavior, the owner or management of the park will ask you to please find other camping accommodations.

We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
How do I get my reward points?
Your points are added after your stay at our park. If you do not see your points added within a month of leaving our park, please contact us, and we will gladly help you.
