Guest Guidelines for a Great Stay
At Jellystone Park™ North Port Huron, our guests are known for their kindness, courtesy, and family-first spirit. Whether you’re here for a quick getaway or a longer stay, these Guest Guidelines help ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Wristbands
Campfire Fun, Done Right
Campfires are welcome in the designated fire rings provided at each site.

Fires should remain a reasonable size

Bonfires or oversized flames are not permitted

Fire bans may be enacted during dry conditions based on guidance from local authorities
To help protect our trees, please do not bring outside firewood. Firewood, fire starters, and color flame packs are available for purchase at the Ranger Station.
Sharing the Outdoors
Help us keep the park beautiful by storing food properly and keeping your campsite tidy.

Please don’t leave trash, food, or pet bowls outside overnight

Trash collection is provided during designated times
A clean campsite helps protect wildlife and keeps everyone’s stay enjoyable.
Enjoy Responsibly
Guests 21 and over may enjoy alcoholic beverages at their campsite.

Please use non-descript containers when walking through the park

Glass containers are not permitted in or near aquatic areas for safety reasons
Welcoming Visitors
Visitors are welcome at Jellystone Park™ North Port Huron.

All visitors must check in at the Ranger Station upon arrival
-
Day-use fees may apply depending on arrival time and activities

Visitors must wear a park-provided wristband while onsite
-
All visitors are expected to follow park guidelines and depart by 10:00 PM
Keeping It Clean
State law requires proper disposal of all wastewater.

Gray and black water must be emptied only at your site hookup or the dump station

Sewer connections must be secure and leak-free

Grease may not be disposed of through sewer systems

Generators are not permitted, as our full-hookup sites provide ample power
Family First — Always
Children have the best experience when supervised by a trusted adult.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at water attractions

Helmets are required for biking and scootering
-
All guests are expected to follow traffic rules throughout the park
Courtesy and respect for others are a big part of the Jellystone experience.
Four-Legged Campers
Pets are welcome and must always be leashed and attended.

Please clean up after your pet

Limit two pets per site unless otherwise approved

Pets may not be left unattended outside at your site

Pets are not permitted on tent sites
-
Pets are not allowed in aquatic or food service areas
Pets displaying aggressive or unsafe behavior may be asked to leave the park for the comfort and safety of all guests.
Cabins
Pet-friendly cabins are available by request and subject to availability.

A $25 non-refundable cleaning fee per pet, per stay applies

Maximum of two pets per cabin

Unauthorized pets in non-pet cabins will result in additional cleaning charges
Service Animals
Service animals are permitted throughout the park, including all public spaces.
Service animals must be individually trained to perform tasks for a person with a disability and remain under control at all times, either by leash, harness, or voice command.
Sites, Parking & Park Use
For everyone’s safety and comfort:

Please observe posted speed limits (5½ MPH)

One RV or tent is permitted per site, with a maximum of eight guests per site

Cabins may not exceed their rated occupancy

Park vehicles on your designated pad only

Tents are allowed only in designated tent areas
The following are not permitted in the park:

Personal golf carts
-
Fireworks
-
Firearms (including BB, airsoft, and pellet guns)

Drones
-
Metal detectors
-
Vehicle or RV repairs
Quiet Hours & After-Dark Safety
Quiet hours are 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Please carry a flashlight when walking after dark

Biking and scooter use after dark is not permitted
Water Zone Guidelines
Our water attractions are designed for family enjoyment.

No lifeguard is on duty
-
Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult (18+)

Proper swimwear is required
-
Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the water area
Fishing & Flags

Fishing is permitted in our private lake without a license
-
Guests may display U.S., state, local, military, first responder, or Jellystone Park™ flags at their site
Additional flag displays may be permitted during select themed events and will be communicated by park management.
Arrival & Departure

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM
-
Check-out is by 11:00 AM
-
Please no arrivals after 10:00 PM without prior arrangements
Timely departures help our team prepare sites for incoming guests.
Reservations, Deposits & Cancellations
A 50% deposit is required at booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations

Campsites: Cancel 8+ days prior for a refund minus a $30 service fee

Lodging: Cancel 15+ days prior for a refund minus a $30 service fee
-
Holidays: Cancel 30+ days prior for a refund minus a $30 service fee
Cancellations made inside these windows will forfeit the deposit. Reservations may be revised up to two times before forfeiture.
Guests who do not cancel within the required timeframe will be considered a no-show and subject to the same cancellation terms.
Refunds & Early Departures
Camping is an outdoor experience, and we do not offer refunds for early departures or weather-related conditions.
Management Discretion
Management reserves the right to refuse service, limit length of stay, adjust occupancy, or ask guests to depart if guidelines are not followed. These steps are taken only when necessary to protect the experience and safety of all guests.

Guest information is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. By completing a reservation, guests may receive SMS or email communications before, during, or after their stay. Message and data rates may apply. Guests may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
